Pass Special Resolution for Capital Reduction

• Lodge a copy of the special resolution shall within 14 days after the passing with ACRA for publication/notification
• Lodge Statement of Directors with ACRA
• Lodge Solvency Statement with ACRA
• File transaction to update the share capital and the shareholdings at least 6 weeks after the Special Resolution reduction.
